As the song was winding down I was reminded of a snippet of words by Frank Sinatra. I heard this recording of a dialogue between him and another artist as they we working together. He said, ‘ you can’t force the song, just let it roll off of your tongue, easy does it.’
Well any artist can attest to the struggle of creation. The effort, nay the labor of taking an idea and making something sharable is a battle often lost. Worth fighting, but bloody.
It’s comforting to know that the LORD measures our tears, just as he measures the sand.
